Please take notice that the defendant-appellant above named hereby appeals from the judgment of conviction of sodomy, rendered against him on June 26, 1903, in the Court of General Sessions of the Peace in and for the City and County of New York, upon trial had before John W. Goff, Recorder, and a jury,and from the order duly entered June 26, 1903, and filed with the Clerk of said Court denying defendant's motion for a new trial and in arrest of judgment, and from each and every part of said judgment and orders to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York in and for the First Department.
