TWO END THEIR LIVED IN SAME ROOM WITH GAS

Charles Nelson, twenty-three years old, and a strange man about his own age were found dead this evening in Nelson's room at No. 895 Second avenue. The gas was turned on and the usual devices for stopping any leakage of the gas from the room were found which makes the police of the East Fifty-first street station certain it was a double suicide. No motive could be discovered for the apparent suicide pact, and no one has as yet been found who can identify Nelson's companion in death. He was a clean shaven young man 5 feet 8 inches in stature with dark hair and eyes. No one in the neighborhood ever saw the two young men together, and the double suicide is shrouded in deep mystery.
