Governor Booth has pardoned John Dally, who was convicted at the December term, 1872, of the County Court of San Francisco, of a crime against nature, and sentenced to five years' imprisonment. The condition of the pardon is that he leave the State prior to December 1st, 1873, and do not return inside of four years.
