Imperial Valley Press (El Centro, California) - May 23, 1908

HELD FOR TRIAL

John McEvoy and David Bradshaw, both of Imperial, were arraigned before Justice Tout, Wednesday, on the charge of committing a crime against nature. Bradshaw was discharged, but McEvoy was bound over to appear before the Superior Court, and in default of bail was placed in the county jail.
