Thomas Cartwright

Thomas Martin Cartwright was born June 28, 1924 in Dayton, Ohio to Gerald and Sarah Cartwright. He was a military prison charged with AWOL, sodomy and disobeying an officer. He enlisted in the US Army on August 11, 1943 in Ohio as a private and at that time listed his residence as in Fayette County, Ohio. He arrived at Alcatraz on October 15, 1945 and was given a conditional release in 1953.
