DOUBLE SUICIDE UNDER TRAIN WHEELS

Sparts, Wis., Aug. 16 - What railroad men say was a double suicide resulted in the death under the wheels of a Milwaukee road train of two unknown men here yesterday. One man, of thirty-five or forty years, and another of twenty years were put off a Milwaukee road train at Raymore, eight miles east of here, at 2 o'clock in the morning. They said when put off the train that they would return to Minneapolis, but when the next westbound train passed they perished under the wheels. According to statements of railroad men both deliberately threw themselves under the engine as it passed. The older man was badly bruised about the head and the younger was frightfully mutilated. Both were interred at Sparta.
